KKT offers practices and internships for young professionals. The company participates in the Internship Lithuania programme implemented in the Klaipėda region that helps young people who struggle to secure employment due to lack of experience integrate into the job market. The goal of this social initiative is to develop cooperation between businesses and higher education institutions in order to facilitate integration of young people into the job market. It helps companies attract capable and motivated youths with the view to nurturing them into excellent professionals.
