Departure from the terminal

When leaving the terminal with the container, the driver of the vehicle will have to wait for a text message that permission to leave has been given before proceeding to the exit area through the gate. It is recommended to wait for the SMS in the area near the control room.

IMPORTANT!

  • When leaving the terminal with the container, the driver of the vehicle will have to wait for a text message that permission to leave has been given before proceeding to the exit area through the gate.

  • SMS messages shall only be sent to the contact telephone number indicated in the system

​​

  • It is forbidden to wait for the SMS at the exit gate area. It is recommended to wait in the zone near the control room

When leave the terminal with a FULL CONTAINER

  • Wait fot the SMS with permission to leave

​

  • Drive through the departure scanning gate at the speed of 10 km/h

​

  • Then driver drive through the scanning gate, the system will compare the data with the data, provided during the registration

​

  • After passing through the scanning gate, drive to the departure gateway zone.

​

  • Stop in the departure zone and touch the portal scanner with temporary/one-time permit card

​

  • The system checks the container information

​​

  • The departure gate opens and I can leave

When leave the terminal with an EMPTY CONTAINER​

  • Wait for the SMS with a permission to leave

​

  • Drive through the departure scanning gate at the speed of 10 km/h

​

  • Then drive through the scanning gate, the system will compare the data with the data, provided during the registration

​

  • After passing through the scanning gate, drive to the departure gateway zone

​

  • Stop, get out of the vehicle and open the container for the security staff to check it for defects

​

  • The security officer will mark the information in the system, the gate opens and the driver with vehicle can leave the territory

When leave the terminal without a CARGO (EMPTY)

  • DO NOT wait for an SMS, but drive towards the departure scanning gateway zone

​

  • Drive through the departure scanning gate at the speed of 10 km/h

​

  • After passing through the scanning gate, drive to the departure gateway zone

​

  • Stop in the departure zone and touch the portal scanner with temporary/one-time permit card

​

  • The departure gate opens and you can leave the terminal
