CHANGING THE PICK UP CONTAINER IN THE SELF-SERVICE ZONE

Drivers can change the pick up container data and pick the container they need on their own. Recommendations.

Steps

  • In the self-service area of the fixed installation (portal), when the vehicle window opens, add a temporary pass to the device's scanner

  • The system checks the registration number of the vehicle you are driving and displays the reservation information

  • If you want to change the details of the container you are dropping off in the self-service and drop off a different container, then you click on the "DELETE" button on the screen on the details of the particular container you are dropping off

  • The system opens a new window and allows you to enter the new container data

  • Once the new container data has been entered, the green button "CLEAR" is pressed

  • The system checks the newly entered container data and whether the newly entered object is present in the terminal

  • When the green window on the screen next to the container data lights up, the container is allowed to proceed to the gate entry area
