Our leader is awarded the LCI Medal of Honour

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the KCT, which is a symbolic recognition of a special year for us.

"I am extremely grateful for this high award, which I consider not only my own, but also the appreciation of Klaipėda Container Terminal as a whole, because we develop the company's activities together, i.e. the KKT team, our customers, Klaipėda city and institutions, the Port of Klaipėda and Lithuania together," said V. Šileika in his letter of thanks.

The Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists awarded the honour to our CEO for his outstanding achievements: for his professional management of our company for 22 years, excellent performance and leadership in Klaipėda Seaport, modernization of the company's business processes, creating favorable conditions for staff development and his ability to mobilize the team for the objectives of the company.
